Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

1. Digital Products

Resumelyn sells digital services including monthly credit subscriptions and one-time CV optimizations. All services provide immediate access upon purchase.

At checkout, customers must confirm via mandatory checkbox that they explicitly request immediate access to digital content, thereby waiving their 14-day withdrawal right under EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(m).

2. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Monthly subscription fees, regardless of whether credits were used
  • One-time purchases, once the service has been delivered
  • Unused credits remaining at the end of a billing cycle

3. Sole Exception

A refund will only be issued in the event of a verified technical failure on Resumelyn's end that completely prevented the service from being delivered. Duplicate charges caused by payment processing errors will also be corrected.

To request a review under this exception, contact hello@resumelyn.com within 7 days of purchase with your email address and a description of the issue.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is not a refund request. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds under Section 3 are returned to the original payment method via DodoPayments within 5 to 10 business days.
