1The Beginning

I moved to Europe 9 years ago without a professional network, insider knowledge, or fluent English. Like many, I had to figure everything out myself. I made every mistake possible: sending applications that went nowhere, using CVs that didn't work, and following bad advice.

Instead of accepting failure, I became obsessed with understanding how hiring works. I spent thousands of hours studying recruitment, ATS systems, and LinkedIn. I analyzed thousands of CVs and paid close attention to the exact patterns behind successful candidates.

3The Inside Scoop

What accelerated my learning most was speaking directly with recruiters. At one point, I booked up to five mentoring calls a day for months. I didn't want a job. I wanted to understand exactly how recruiters think, what they look for, and why they reject candidates.

4The Results

I developed a deep understanding of what immediately communicates value. I created Resumelyn which now has 10,000+ users, and I've personally helped over 2,500 people get hired. Today, I only take 10 mentorship clients per month.
